If you operate under the regime forfettario with your individual VAT number, remember that you adhere to a cash-based scheme. This means that your income is determined from your receipts regardless of the date on which the invoice is issued.
In order to determine your annual receipts, which is the starting point for preparing your tax return, it is very important that you, after you have been paid an invoice, select this invoice in your private area as received.
This is a very simple action.
In the “sales invoices” section you will find a list of your issued invoices, under the “actions” section on the right-hand side you simply select whether an invoice has been paid to you or not.

In addition to keeping track of your invoices, keeping your dashboard constantly updated will allow you to keep track of the progress of your business by knowing at all times how much you have to collect. In addition, if you are in the regime forfettario, please note that the 85,000 euro limit refers to revenue/fees actually collected during the year and not to turnover. Selecting whether or not you collect invoices will make you realise how much more you can collect in order not to lose the facilitated regime.
