Chamber of Commerce Annual Fee

The Chamber of Commerce annual fee is a tax that every person registered in the business register must pay annually to the chamber of commerce in whose territorial district the registered office of the company is located. Specifically, the payment of the annual fee is due by all companies that on 1 January of each year are registered or annotated in the business register or in the Economic Administrative Register (REA).

The fee is due for the calendar year and is not divisible by the year according to the date of registration. You will therefore have to pay the full amount even if you are registered for only one day for the year in question.

If you have just opened your company, the fee is due within 30 days of registration. You will have to make the payment via F24, which will be prepared for you by your advisor before the deadline.

Partitaiva24 will upload the form to your Partitaiva24 Cloud and send you an email notification with payment instructions.

For years after the first year, the deadline for payment of the annual fee is 30 June, your consultant will again prepare the F24 form and upload it before the deadline in the F24-payments section of your Partitaiva24 Cloud, sending you a reminder.

The amount of the annual fee differs depending on the type of company and the Chamber of Commerce to which it belongs. For sole proprietorships, it usually varies between €50 and €80.
