How long does the 5 % tax rate last?

If you have opened a VAT number under the flat-rate scheme and you benefit from the 5% tax rate, this applies for the first five tax years.

From the sixth year, if you still qualify for the flat-rate scheme your taxation will be at 15%, the tax regime will remain the same.
